Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

In the beginning in high school Sasha came out as transgender. Sasha had a difficult time and was unsure if thanks to his music and family they would help him handle it. Jim and Sasha who are both writers have been formally forming a duo, and they have performed at open mics and various other venues in the area. The Voice coaches never discussed the background of Sasha, however Jim and Sasha have shared their story through a short video that was shown prior to their performance. Jim and Sasha talked about what music they enjoy and the way Sasha began playing the guitar first at age six. Since his father is a professional music educator, he was better able to grasp the concept. Sasha was born female and struggled to find his identity as young. In an earlier post on On Instagram, the young man opened up and talked about his struggles. Jim was overwhelmed with emotion when he explained why the reason he was not a the victim of this difficult time. Sasha Allen is a contestant on The Voice. She was born a girl. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant, turns 19 in 2021. Sasha began to transition from male after he started high school. Sasha posted on Instagram his status as the third trans person who had ever appeared on the series. Sasha said that he was at peace and proud to represent the trans community in all its diversity. Andrea Mitchell works as a journalist at NBC News based out of Washington D.C. Mitchell has an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
