Michele Carey, known by her birth name Michele Lee Henson, born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America She is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, physician, a Thelma Brennell Henson. While still a teenager she was a pro at the piano. When she was just 13 she was crowned the winner of an international competition in the Chicago Music Festival. Fort Collins High School, in which she got her high-school training in 1960 it was where the family of her parents moved to. To improve her career prospects her move to Los Angeles.
